At the January 23, 2012 Regular Council Meeting, Council gave First Reading to the following Bylaws: Bylaw 01-2012 (Wastewater and Storm Water Bylaw) Bylaw 02-2012 (Water Bylaw) Bylaw 03-2012 (Solid Waste Management Bylaw) These three bylaws when passed, will replace our exiting Utilities Bylaw #13/2002. Copies of these draft bylaws are also available for public viewing at the Town Office. At the February 13, 2012 Regular Council Meeting, these bylaws will be further deliberated and if deemed necessary, revised and potentially given passage into law. Public comments on these draft bylaws are welcome and can be dropped off at the Town Office.
